Find the enJoy Log File
The enJoy Log File might provide some hints to the problem.  You can either try to read it yourself or email it to us.

To see it, open Windows Explorer (File Explorer), which will show you the files and folders on your computer.  Then navigate to the following folder:

C:\Users\Your_User_Name\AppData\Roaming\enJoy\Logs



Unhide the AppData Folder
The AppData folder is a hidden folder, so if you don't see it, you have to unhide it.
First, open Windows Explorer (File Explorer), which will show you the files and folders on your computer.
Second, click on View, then on Options, then on Change folder and search options.
Then select the following options:


Look at the enJoy Log File
To open the enJoy Log File, right-click on the most recent file (named log.log, which will sort to the top of the list if you click on the Date Modified column), then click on Open with...


When the popup window appears, select Notepad.  It would be fine to check the box that says: Always use this app to open .log files.
Then click OK to open the log file.

You can either try to troubleshoot the problem yourself or email the log file to us.

When you email us, please give as many details as possible, including the version of Windows you have (Windows 7/8/10), which version of enJoy you are using (it is under the Help menu inside of enJoy), the exact steps you took, and the exact error messages you saw.
