What is Enjoy Legacy?

enJoy Movies Your Way (now called Enjoy Legacy) is Windows software that allows you to create filters for DVD movies (or movies saved on your computer). When you watch the movie, it will skip or mute the sections you have marked, which gives you the power to decide what you and your family will see and hear when watching movies.

Who is Enjoy Legacy for?

Enjoy Legacy, while not complicated, is not necessarily easy to use right from the beginning. It takes some time to learn and is for intermediate to advanced computer users. Beginner computer users will find Enjoy Legacy difficult to use.

There are tutorials on YouTube, and even though they are for an older version of enJoy and the screens look a little different, the software still works the same way. It takes about 30-45 minutes to watch all of the videos. No other support is available.

How do I get the Enjoy Legacy software?

1. Click here to download the .exe file to a Windows computer.

2. Double-click the .exe file to install enJoy on your computer.

3. If you see warnings, you will have to bypass them to install the software. There is no malware in the software, but it doesn't have a digital certificate and it has not been verified by any authorizing company.

4. Enjoy Legacy will be installed on your computer, and then it will install the VLC media player, which is free, open source, trusted software. This is what plays the movie. The Enjoy Legacy software stores the filter marks and tells VLC to skip or mute certain scenes.

5. We strongly recommend that you watch all of the YouTube tutorials.
