Connecting Services
If you’re having trouble connecting your streaming service to the Enjoy app, the first recommendation is to see the Connect Accounts tutorial video in the Tutorials section of the help center.
When you connect a streaming service to your Enjoy account, any device that uses that Enjoy account will also be connected. For example, if you have an iPad and a Fire TV, and you connect your Amazon Prime video account through you iPad, the Enjoy app on your Fire TV will also show connected.
Multiple Connection Options
There can be different options depending on the type of device that you are using to make the connection. Find your device type in the list below for more specifics.
Android TV & Amazon Fire TV
- Login with Email – You can use your TV remove and on-screen keyboard to enter your credentials for each streaming account you want to connect
- Activation Code – Follow the instructions on screen using a chrome browser on a computer to enter the activation code to complete the connection process
- QR Code – Scan the QR code with your mobile device and with the Enjoy app installed, complete the connection process using your phone’s keyboard
Roku Devices
- Activation Code – Follow the instructions on screen using a chrome browser on a computer to enter the activation code to complete the connection process
- QR Code – Scan the QR code with your mobile device and with the Enjoy app installed, complete the connection process using your phone’s keyboard
Android and iOS Mobile Devices
- Login with Email – You can use your TV remove and on-screen keyboard to enter your credentials for each streaming account you want to connect
